Thinking About Starting Dance as an Adult?
We know that walking into a dance company as an adult can feel scary.
Many of our adult dancers felt the same way before they started - unsure of their level, worried about fitting in, or nervous about being “behind” or “too old”. Just because you turn 18 doesn’t mean you can’t dance or perform anymore.
You do not need to be perfect. You just need to be willing to start.

Adult Musical Theatre
A performance-based class combining jazz and tap dance, singing, and acting. Perfect for adults training for future auditions, performance opportunities, returning to the stage, or simply enjoying storytelling and performance.
Adult Hip Hop
High-energy, hard working and confidence-building. Suitable for beginner to experienced dancers.
Commercial Heels
Designed for dancers 18+, focusing on technique, foundations and confident movement in heels.
Adult Contemporary
A jazz-based Contemporary class focusing on technique, strength, expressive movement and choreography.
